Electric Pin Company has a strict no return policy, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds will not be given if you are not happy with the quality of your product.

Quality standards are clearly stated on our FAQ & Shop Policies page.

We gladly accept cancellations before your item is shipped, if you need to cancel your order please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. If your item has already shipped you will not be able to cancel.
